It has established a sea area dynamic monitoring system for the State Oceanic Administration in 2012. And in 2015, required by the construction demands of the State Oceanic Administration, the county-level sea area dynamic monitoring system was established and integrated, which was further applied by more than 200 counties and districts for maintaining marine safety.
